When you submit an enquiry we collect:

• your name and mobile number;
• your email address, if you choose to give one;
• the configuration you are interested in, what you asked for, your preferred contact method and any preferred site-visit date;
• anything you write in the free-text note;
• your consent to be contacted, and when you gave it.

We also record, alongside your enquiry, how you arrived at this site: the campaign parameters in the link you clicked (such as utm_source and utm_campaign), advertising click identifiers such as Google’s gclid or Meta’s fbclid, the page you landed on, and the referring website. We use this only to understand which campaigns are working.

• To answer your enquiry and send you the information you asked for.
• To arrange a call or a site visit.
• To introduce you to the developer or its authorised representatives where that is necessary to progress your enquiry.
• To measure which advertising campaigns generate genuine interest.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your name, phone number or email with advertising platforms.
