Project disclaimer

  1. East Realty is an independent real-estate marketing partner. East Realty is not the promoter, developer or owner of this project and makes no representation on the developer's behalf.
  2. This project is at a pre-launch stage. At the time of publication no MahaRERA registration number had been published for it. Under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 a promoter may not advertise, market, book, sell or offer for sale any plot, apartment or building in a project that is required to be registered until it has been registered. Prospective buyers must verify the current registration status at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in before paying any amount.
  3. Configurations, carpet areas, rates, EOI amounts, charges, amenities, specifications, elevations, approvals and timelines described on this site are indicative, have been supplied to us or compiled from publicly available material, and have not been independently verified against the developer's approved documentation. They do not constitute an offer, an invitation to offer, or a contract of any kind, and are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.
  4. Raymond Realty's publicly reported launch pipeline includes more than one project in Mahim. Information circulating publicly may relate to a different development. No detail on this site should be relied upon until it has been confirmed in writing against the developer's own documentation.
  5. Distances, travel times and neighbourhood references are provided for orientation only. They are not measured door-to-door and are not guaranteed.
  6. No statement on this site should be read as a representation about investment returns, capital appreciation or rental yield.
  7. All trademarks, brand names and project names belong to their respective owners. Their use here is for identification of the project being marketed and does not imply ownership by East Realty.
  8. Photography on this site is conceptual and was commissioned for this campaign. Images marked “Representative image” are lifestyle photography; those marked “Artist’s impression” are illustrative architectural concepts. Neither depicts the completed development, and no image here is an approved architectural render, a photograph of the project or an official sample apartment. Floor plans and the location map remain placeholders because no approved drawing or sourced map has been released. Final imagery will be published only once the developer releases it.

Before paying any amount — including an expression of interest — please satisfy yourself independently as to the project’s registration status, the terms attached to your payment and who will hold the money. Verify registration at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in.

Intellectual property

The East Realty name, logo and tagline belong to East Realty. All other trademarks, brand names and project names referred to on this site, including Raymond and Raymond Realty, belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the project being marketed. Their use does not imply ownership, endorsement or any association beyond the marketing relationship described above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
